Set-up:
Saturday, 28 May 2022, 10:00–20:00 
Sunday, 29 May 2022, 8:00–20:00
Early/extended set-up is only possible after consultation with Conventus and is subject to additional costs.

Removal:
The conference ends on Wednesday, 01 June 2022: Booth removal must be completed by 22:00 on the mentioned day due to a follow-up event.

Booth personnel:
The booth staff has free access to all sessions of the scientific programme. In addition, food and beverages will be available to booth personnel as part of the central catering service, insofar as they are provided free of charge. Please note that your booth personnel must be registered and will receive name badges. Stand personnel can register online. We will send you the relevant access data separately by e-mail.

The following number of stand personnel is free of charge:
- up to 9 m²: 2 persons
- up to 18 m²: 3 persons
- up to 25 m²: 4 persons
- up to 36 m²: 5 persons
- up to 50 m²: 8 persons
- over 50 m²: 15 persons
Additional persons can be booked for a fee. 

Delivery and storage:
Delivery and storage of materials/empties of any kind during or after the event is only possible via the company Cretschmar MesseCargo GmbH.
