General information for Presenters and Authors

Time allocation
Please prepare your presentation for the allotted amount of time. Chairs and moderators may interrupt should you overrun your time limit. The following speaking times are planned:

Presentation in lectures: 6 minutes presentation + 3 minutes discussion time
Presentation in ePoster sessions: 3 minutes presentation + 2 minutes discussion time

ePoster
The ePosters should be prepared as PDF or JPEG in format 9:16 (minimum resolution 2160x3840, 72 dpi). Please find all necessary information regarding your eposter presentation here

The ePosters will be presented in portait format on a 60-inch monitor.

Presentations
The presentation should be prepared as PDF or MS Office PowerPoint for Windows in format 4:3. A presentation notebook with a PDF reader and MS Office PowerPoint 2016 will be provided. The use of personal notebooks is possible upon agreement. However, it may interrupt the flow of the program in the lecture hall. Please provide an adapter for VGA if necessary. Technical support will be provided in each lecture hall.

Attention
Different coding of video and audio formats can cause problems. For a smoothly running conference please visit the Media check-in in time – at least 2 hours before your presentation is scheduled to start.

Handing in your presentations
Please hand in your presentations on a storage medium with an USB port at the media Check-In. You have the opportunity to test and edit your presentation.
